a new journey

never thought of me about to teach martial arts who four years lately became my hobby. while asked by my coach to help him i have a rising trepidation because I feel my martial arts are still considerably less than the coaches out there

nearly four months I already lived, lot of new stuff that I found, the child characters I met and I was feel difficult to teach something new to children aged about twelve years to fourteen years. they are also training I was patience, ability I was interactions with them, learn to understand their language and learn to understand their feelings.

martial arts matches was held Directorate of Higher Education level. This is a good opportunity for them to gain experience. some of them selected and intensive training for one month. join a group of other martial arts is one of the branches of IPSI we are ready to compete.

one week of matches was held. derived from the eight children who competed four children managed to advance to a final eight and only one child who successfully entered into a final four bronze at a time bringing to school.

although only one bronze that we successfully bring to school, but the spirit of fighting, experience and togetherness was a motivation for us to achieve the best performance in the next championship...

i miss you all..

World Business Council for Sustainable Development mendefiniskan Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai komitmen berkelanjutan kalangan bisnis untuk berperilaku etis dan memberikan sumbangan pada pembangunan ekonomi sekaligus memperbaiki mutu hidup angkatan kerja dan keluarganya serta komunitas lokal dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan (Iriantara, 2004, p.49). “Corporate Social Responsibility adalah komitmen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas melalui praktik bisnis yang baik dan mengkontribusikan sebagian sumber daya perusahaan” (Kotler & Nancy, 2005,p.4)

Teori Etika Bisnis

Apa itu etika bisnis?

Kata "etika" dan "etis" tidak selalu dipakai dalam arti yang sama dan karena itu pula "etika bisnis" bisa berbeda artinya.

Etika sebagai praksis berarti : nilai-nilai dan norma-norma moral sejauh dipraktekkan atau justru tidak dipraktekkan, walaupun seharusnya dipraktekkan. Sedangkan etis, merupakan sifat dari tindakan yang sesuai dengan etika.

Etika bisnis didefinisikan sebagai Pemikiran atau refleksi tentang moralitas dalam ekonomi dan bisnis. Moralitas berarti aspek baik atau buruk, terpuji atau tercela, dan karenanya diperbolehkan atau tidak, dari perilaku manusia. Moralitas selalu berkaitan dengan apa yang dilakukan manusia, dan kegiatan ekonomis merupakan suatu bidang perilaku manusia yang penting.

Peranan Etika dalam Bisnis Menurut Richard De George, bila perusahaan ingin sukses/berhasil memerlukan 3 hal pokok yaitu :
-  Produk yang baik
-  Managemen yang baik
-  Memiliki Etika

Selama perusahaan memiliki produk yang berkualitas dan berguna untuk masyarakat disamping itu dikelola dengan manajemen yang tepat dibidang produksi, finansial, sumberdaya manusia dan lain-lain tetapi tidak mempunyai etika, maka kekurangan ini cepat atau lambat akan menjadi batu sandungan bagi perusahaan tersebut. Bisnis merupakan suatu unsur mutlak perlu dalam masyarakat modern. Tetapi kalau merupakan fenomena sosial yang begitu hakiki, bisnis tidak dapat dilepaskan dari aturan-aturan main yang selalu harus diterima dalam pergaulan sosial, termasuk juga aturan-aturan moral.

Etika bisnis iklan televisi

Persaingan iklan saat ini semakin ketat, secara tidak sadar kita sering melihat adanya pelanggaran etika bisnis dalam sebuah iklan dengan menyerang produk lain baik secara halus maupun dengan frontal.
